I’ve previously worked at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), gaining experience in designing and researching for financial services that simplify everyday banking.
Email Verification
Best Buy Canada | 2025
Customers are creating an account without verifying they have access to the email address they’ve entered. This poses a security risk for customers and threatens the business with the use of bot users during product releases.
As the Product Designer, I researched industry experiences, created user flows, wireframes, prototypes and copy for the end-to-end experience.

Consistent Help
Best Buy Canada | 2025
Customers on bestbuy.ca need a way to get help from any page, that can be found easily and consistently. This is solved for in the global footer, but I identified pages where this was lacking.
As the Product Designer, I created a design to conform with WCAG requirements, in a short timeframe, that can be executed and scaled across our various web apps.

Annotating for Accessibility

Customers who visit bestbuy.ca aren’t able to use any accessibility tools and aids to complete tasks as a shopper.
As the UX Designer, I audited experiences within the customer account to convey to developers where and how to meet WCAG 2.1 requirements.

The account dashboard design couldn’t scale with the growth of features being added, making the account disengaging to customers, who only went to their account to see their orders.
As the UX Designer, I shifted our design strategy to be modular and dynamic, tested the experience and made design decisions for our mobile app users.

Best Buy Membership Online
Best Buy Canada | 2023
Customers could join Best Buy Membership online, but were left confused when they could only use their membership benefits in-store. We brought the store experience online, so that customers could use their membership from anywhere.
As the UX Designer, I worked with designers and developers to map out the end-to-end journey, and collaborate with stakeholders to bring their vision to life.
