Consistent Help

Best Buy Canada | 2025

Customers on bestbuy.ca need a way to get help from any page, that can be found easily and consistently. This is solved for in the global footer, but I identified pages where this was lacking.

As the Product Designer, I created a design to conform with WCAG requirements, in a short timeframe, that can be executed and scaled across our various web apps.

  • Reduces stress and confusion to customers, by providing a way for them to get the support they need across any touchpoint on the website.

The business value gained:

  • Provide help whilst reducing the impact to key touchpoints, such as checkout and membership sign-up.

  • By conforming to WCAG standards, we avoid regulatory fines.
