The account dashboard design couldn’t scale with the growth of features being added, making the account disengaging to customers, who only went to their account to see their orders.
As the UX Designer, I shifted our design strategy to be modular and dynamic, tested the experience and made design decisions for our mobile app users.
The dashboard design made it easier for customers to:
Track multiple shipments at a glance.
Learn about their membership and how to use it.
Seek support quickly.
This brought value to the business by:
Unlocking new ways to access features as technology drives forward.
Creating new touchpoints for programs across the business to surface content.
Holding space for personalisation as our data capabilities grow.
