And then I saw Mum and Dad.

Clarissa returned from her 4-week holiday across Europe. She went with Alan to Italy, Croatia, Turkey and the UK. She probably went to more places than that, but I probably wasn’t listening. So! In her effort to stay awake to combat jet lag, we decided to pay mum and dad a visit.

We had lunch. After packing up, Clarissa made herself a coffee to keep from sleeping. Dad washed the dishes.

After convincing herself to get a new phone, we drove Mum to JB HIFI to get the new iPhone 11. I thought it was well earned— she’s upgrading from an iPhone 5s.

We paid Costco a visit, buying more things in bulk that I don’t really need. Coconut flakes and a 10-pack of electric toothbrush heads. They are the ink cartridges of dental care.

When we got home, I helped Mum transfer her stuff from her old phone to her new one. After she was up and running, we had a go at the ultra wide angle camera that Apple users finally get to use sans lens attachment.
